SAFETY
State Training is designed around consent, adaptation, privacy, and an honest understanding of what facilitation can and cannot provide.
SCOPE
State Training is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed care. It does not guarantee health, personal, academic, athletic, creative, or business outcomes.
In an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
PARTICIPATION STANDARDS
Ask only for the health and access context needed to adapt a practice responsibly.
A participant may observe, modify, pause, or stop without needing to justify the decision.
Intensity and technique follow the person, their experience, and the setting.
Needs requiring licensed or specialized care are paused and referred appropriately.
ADDITIONAL YOUTH SAFEGUARDS
Direct youth delivery requires appropriate permission, host authorization, insurance, background-check, and mandatory-reporting requirements to be confirmed first.
PRIVACY
Public forms do not request medical histories or private student disclosures. Organizational buyers do not automatically receive individual disclosures.
