State Training provides educational and facilitative breathwork. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for licensed care. Website content is general information and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
No guaranteed outcome
State Training does not guarantee calm, healing, performance, academic, athletic, creative, personal, business, or financial outcomes. A participant retains responsibility for decisions, actions, and seeking appropriate professional care.
Participation
Participation is voluntary. A participant may pause, modify, observe, or stop a breathing practice. Relevant screening, informed consent, and engagement-specific terms may be required before a breathwork session. Optional stereo tones may be muted or used without headphones; they are not required for participation.
Youth participation
Youth work may require guardian permission, host authorization, student assent, insurance confirmation, background checks, and compliance with applicable reporting or safeguarding requirements. A planning-session booking does not create or confirm a youth engagement.
Bookings and availability
A confirmed calendar booking reserves the selected appointment time. Paid appointments require successful payment through Stripe to be confirmed. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before booking. The free starting session is available once per person. Organization and school pricing is confirmed in a separate proposal.
A booking does not waive screening, informed consent, or other engagement-specific requirements. State Training may modify, decline, refund, or refer work that is outside scope and will communicate directly if a booking cannot proceed as selected.
Intellectual property
The State Training name, original copy, visual identity, and State Field are owned by State Training LLC unless otherwise stated. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is permitted. Reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.
Website availability
The site may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but early-stage services may evolve as the breathwork company develops.
