Information collected
For individual inquiries, the site collects name, email, preferred contact method, session interest, a moment or intention, basic scheduling context, and an acknowledgment that further screening may be required.
For youth or organization inquiries, it collects contact and organization context, group type, approximate age range and size, shared context, location, timing, authorization or funding context, and optional accessibility considerations.
Information not requested
The public inquiry form does not request detailed medical information, diagnoses, crisis disclosures, payment details, or private student disclosures. Please do not submit those details through the public form.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, assess whether State Training is an appropriate fit, plan a next conversation, support safeguarding, and understand which services people are seeking. Information is not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Storage and access
Validated inquiries are stored as private JSON records in Vercel Blob and emailed to Jason through the project's Resend email integration. Both operations occur only on the server. Private storage locations and service credentials are not returned to the browser. Access is limited to the authorized Vercel project and email account used to review inquiries.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site use and performance. Inquiry contents are not intentionally sent to analytics. The site does not add an external advertising or behavioral-tracking platform.
Retention and deletion
New inquiry records are reviewed at least quarterly. Inquiries that do not become active engagements are deleted within 12 months unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required for a documented legal, safety, or accounting reason. Information connected to an active engagement is retained only as long as necessary for delivery, safeguarding, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.
To request access, correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form and state “privacy request” in the message. Identity may be verified before fulfilling a request. Deletion is recorded and the private Blob record is removed through an authorized Vercel workflow.
Youth privacy
Organizational buyers do not automatically receive individual student disclosures. Personal stories or testimonials are not made public without clear permission and, when applicable, guardian permission.
Security and limits
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including server-side validation, private storage, restricted access, and data minimization. No online system can promise absolute security.
