State Training is guided breathwork and deliberate practice for going after what matters to you. He brings structured business thinking into a practice shaped by fitness, performance, meditation, international work, and a sustained interest in human potential.

THE PATH TO STATE TRAINING
01—03Experiences with training, responsibility, curiosity, challenge, and attention made one distinction practical.
A practice can produce a powerful state without teaching you what created it.
Jason grew up in West Los Angeles with his twin brother, Seth. Basketball, youth mentoring, opening Noah’s Bagels at 5:00 a.m., and later working at The GYM LA shaped his relationship with discipline, service, fitness, and performance.
From September 2022 through June 2026, Jason studied Business Administration at the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business. Work involving data, marketing, audience experience, and financial analysis in Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Madrid gave him a practical framework for turning ideas into responsible action.
Four marathons, a winter expedition in Poland, Joe Dispenza retreats, Excalibur participation, daily practice, and continued breathwork and flow education brought one question into focus: how can people practice meeting meaningful moments from a more useful state? State Training grew from that question.

VALUES BENEATH THE WORK
These values shape how the work is designed, facilitated, and brought back into life.
Growth in service of connection, care, and flourishing.
Recognize what is present and valuable while staying with difficulty and ambition.
Meet experience, challenge, and other people with inquiry before judgment.
Expand intentional response within the reality of the moment.
Participate fully in what matters while respecting struggle, release, and recovery.
JASON'S DEFINITION OF ABUNDANCE
Abundance is the capacity to meet life through trust, possibility, participation, and enoughness.
It includes love, support, health, time, attention, energy, creativity, opportunity, meaning, contribution, connection, choice, and belonging. It expands what a person notices, receives, imagines, and acts upon within the life they are living.
