STATE TRAINING / HIGH SCHOOL
A guided, active breathwork program for focus, energy, emotional regulation, and recovery.
WHAT THE BREATHWORK IS
Students learn a breathing pattern, practice it with a facilitator, notice what changes, and apply it in academic, athletic, creative, or social settings. Some sequences build energy and focus; others support settling and recovery. When sound is used, it is optional, low-volume, and presented as a pacing cue—not as treatment or a guaranteed effect.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE HOUR
Students know what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how it connects to life outside the room.
Hear the plan, enter the room, and choose an academic, athletic, creative, or social situation to work with. Personal sharing stays optional.
The facilitator explains the breathing technique, its purpose, and the sensations and shifts to track.
Practice a deliberate, facilitated sequence. The pace shifts toward energy or recovery; students can modify or pause.
Check what changed in attention, body, or energy, then make sense of what the moment now asks.
Rehearse how to use the practice before a test, game, audition, conversation, or difficult transition.
WHERE STUDENTS USE IT
Students can use the practice around academics, athletics, creativity, relationships, schedules, and transitions.
Before a test, presentation, or deadline.
Before competition or after a mistake.
Before performing or receiving critique.
Before a hard conversation or transition.
