PRIVATE BREATHWORK × PULSE PEMF

Train the state you need.

Jason guides the rate, depth, and timing of your breath while a separate padded applicator connected to a Pulse XL Pro produces pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF). These are two independent processes, experienced at the same time.

Magnetic fieldInduced electric fieldGuided breath

PEMF uses electrical pulses in an applicator coil to create a changing magnetic field. A changing magnetic field can induce an electric field in conductive material. At Flow State, you recline on a padded accessory connected to a Pulse XL Pro. Sessions are guided and adjustable; you may notice gentle pulsing or very little.

State Training pairs this experience with guided breathwork. Breath and PEMF are two separate inputs experienced together.

WHAT HAPPENS

Guided breathwork. A separate pulsed electromagnetic field.

Guided breathing changes the mechanical rhythm of the diaphragm, ribs, and lungs. The applicator generates its own pulsed magnetic field. The processes remain distinct.

  1. 01

    Choose a direction.

Start with the moment ahead and how you want to meet it.

  2. 02

    Set the equipment.

You recline on a padded PEMF accessory, with the Pulse XL Pro beside the table. Settings are adjusted with you.

  3. 03

    Follow the breath.

Jason guides the rate, depth, and timing of the breath and adjusts the practice with you.

The session is noninvasive, guided, and adjustable, with time to get comfortable in a quiet setting. Some people notice gentle pulsing or vibration; others feel very little. Tell your guide what you notice so the session can be adjusted with you.

THE PHYSICS, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

What these words mean for you.

The generator sends pulses of current through a coil. The coil creates a changing magnetic field, which can induce an electric field. Here is what each part means during your session.

Coil

A coil is wire arranged in loops. Electric current flowing through it creates a magnetic field.

In your sessionThe coil sits inside the padded accessory you recline on. The generator sends electrical pulses through the cable to that accessory.

Magnetic field

A magnetic field is an invisible physical influence created by magnets or electric current. It is what makes a compass needle turn near a magnet.

In your sessionAround the accessory, the field changes as the coil’s current changes. It can extend through your body. The blue lines in the film help you picture the field; they are not physical threads.

Electric field

An electric field can push or pull electric charges. A changing magnetic field can create a circulating electric field in the space around it.

In your sessionYour body contains charged particles that can respond to an electric field. This interaction can occur without an electrode or wire attached to your skin. It does not, by itself, establish a health benefit.

What you may notice. Settings, the accessory, and your position affect the fields you experience. Some people notice gentle pulsing or vibration; others feel very little. How much you feel is not a measure of benefit. Jason guides your breathing as a separate part of the experience.
